Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight and quantity of your order through Royal Mail.
Second Class Delivery

First Class Delivery

Special Delivery Guaranteed (Mon–Fri)
- Next Day Delivery — £10
Special Delivery Guaranteed (Saturday)

International Delivery
Charges are based on parcel weight. We use Evri International for worldwide shipping.

Delivery times are indicative. We dispatch immediately, but any delay after handover is the courier’s responsibility.
Dispatch Schedule
- Special Next Day Delivery orders are posted the next working day.
- Orders placed on Monday are posted Tuesday and delivered Wednesday.
- Saturday Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 1pm on Friday.
- Orders placed after 1pm Friday are dispatched Monday.
- No dispatch on weekends, bank holidays, or national holidays.
Policy
If your order does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact us for proof of postage or tracking.
We are not responsible for missing or lost parcels. Proof of delivery can be provided, and lost parcel claims can be submitted to Royal Mail using our proof of postage.
Customs & Duties
- We are not responsible for customs, duty, or taxes for international orders.
- Customs may inspect parcels and apply charges payable by the recipient.
- If charges are not paid, the parcel may return to us and only the item cost will be refunded.
- We do not cover customs fees or courier-imposed charges.
